| Training Instructor Position Overview: A Training Instructor is a Supervisory Level Professional with full responsibility for a variety of project specifics. Responsibilities: • Managing the Training needs in a Multi-Project Call Center environment. • Performing needs analysis and creating Training session based on analysis results. • Consistently meeting with Project Leaders to identify Training needs for the Call Center • Is flexible in working hours as well as possible travel requirements. Required Skills: Excellent Verbal & Written Communications.
